Synergized Macro Solutions, Inc. (SMS) conducted the ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Documentation Course; and the Workshop on Problem Solving: Correction, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center) on Dec. 19 to 20, 2019.
The said trainings served as refresher courses for PPP Center since they have already received certification for their Quality Management Systems (QMS) last January 2019.
Ms. Susan M. Soliven, SMS President, and Ms. Mary Ann D. Victorio, Management Systems Consultant, spearheaded the Awareness and Documentation Course while Mr. Enrique T. Tuazon, Management Systems Consultant, headed the Workshop on Problem Solving.
