SMS maintains Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Synergized Macro Solutions Inc. (SMS) retained its continued certification two years in a row through the recent Second Surveillance Audit conducted by TUV Rheinland led by its Auditor Ms. Abigail Salomon last January 19, 2021. SMS passed the International Standard for Qulity Management System (QMS) or the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. The remote surveillance audit covered the different core and support processes of SMS including, business development, documentation of documented information for the Consulting, Training and Auditing services, among others.

Looking back, it was in 2018 when SMS got certified for ISO 9001:2015 which paved the way to further strengthen the quality of its process and ensure its clients for more effective and efficient service . For the past two years, results from previous audits SMS had proven its commitment to provide the best quality of services to its clients.
